So I have been on the nexplanon since last June. After I got it in I spotted a lot then shortly after I didn’t have my period for a few months. It recently has returned and has been coming twice a month. Recently my period is 4 days late. I don’t think much about it since it’s probably just switching up on me again. However... I was just in the shower and my nipples look DIFFERENT! They were really hard and looked bigger! I have no idea why! They have never been that hard and big before! I was looking at them and it looked like there was almost a line in the middle of the nipple and was white by there wasn’t anything coming out! This has never happened to me before. Can anyone else relate or possibly explain ?

My nipples have calmed down and gone back to their natural state but this just freaked me out.
