SO born with one testicle

My significant other and I are currently TTC. I'm nervous because he was born with one testicle. Has anyone had a significant other like this and actually became pregnant? We've only been try a few months but it's just frustrating because it's not happening and everyone around me is getting pregnant on accident. PLEASE tell me someone has had a baby with a man like this. 😕
