Nose piercings???

Okay girls, I got my Daith pierced a little over 2yrs ago to help with my migraines and it’s really helped tremendously. I was getting migraines like 3 times a week and wasn’t able to eat because of it, now I only get them like once a month if that. I’ve recently been looking into getting my nose pierced and I’ve read that nose piercings help with period cramps. So to all of you with nose piercings.....how true is this???

I have both nose and septum and no it doesn't help. I didn't have cramps before or after but my close buddy still suffers and she has a nose ring. Maybe it has something to do with the jewelry 🙆?

Could be I have very heavy period but never bad cramps.. I’ve had my nose pierced since I was 12 before my first period
