Question

Anybody else get the flu in their second trimester?? TMI but I have uncontrollable diarrhea and no vomiting just nausea. The sight of food makes me sick so I’m trying to drink water as much as possible. Who else had this and can give advice???

I did and yes awful! It's great you are not vomiting. Drink lots of Gatorade my doc said and toast. If it last more than like 3-4 days call if you start vomiting more than 24 hours call.

im sorry! it really is awful. i drank a lot of gatorade and water and just waited for it to pass. i had diarrhea and vomiting and it was the worst. just nibble on crackers and watermelon is a must! the most important thing is maintaining electrolytes, dont get too dehydrated. if you feel like you need to go to the doctors, they can give you liquids in IV and may have nausea pills. good luck xoxoxo
