Are these Braxton Hicks?

I’m currently 37 weeks. Keep having what I believe are BH contractions. My stomach hardens up (mainly up top, right below my ribs) and it makes my lower back ache just a bit. They last for a minute or two before my stomach relaxes again. Are these Braxton Hicks? I’m a ftm.

I’m experiencing this too! I’m assuming it will becoming obvious when they are real contractions. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Braxton Hicks- hurts but you can move around still. The more you move, they stop
If you’re having them consistently, take a warm bath. They’ll stop. 
Contractions- hurts, stop you in your tracks, you try to walk but it’s super difficult. If you move, they get worse. 
If you took the warm bath and they didn’t stop, it’s contractions.

Yes.... I was told if they start getting stronger that’s how you’ll know they’re real contractions! So that’s what I’ve been looking for lol

I was wondering the same thing. My stomach gets hard at the top but its like in one spot under my ribs. Sometimes it feel like his butt or he balled up right there but it doesnt really hurt anywhere else. Just kind of uncomfortable

Yes. I have them all the time along with pushes/kicks from baby girl. They are pretty painful especially when I’m in an upright sitting position.

Are these Braxton Hicks?
