Freaked out

Prob just me being me. But was turning off my street to main road and went into a pot hole that was the ones attached to the side of a sewer circle thing on the road. I’m just freaking out I know I am okay but freaked out. I have general anxiety so can they do any injury to me. I see no damage to my car or the tires. And just got my tired more inflated yesterday. My arm upper arm is kinda sore not sure what it’s from. I don’t hit any thing. Just freaking out help please comment
