Can I take these medicines together?

Question

So all day today I’ve been suffering vomiting, diarrhoea and muscle pain. I took a cyclizine about an hour ago which I was prescribed at 8 weeks for morning sickness, it’s helped the sickness go away but I was wondering if I could take paracetamol with it for the muscle pain? I’m 33 weeks just fyi. It’s too late at night for me to call a doctor or midwife so hoping someone here knows?

My husband who is a 4th year med student looked it up and said it was fine but also said you should probably call and check with the on call OB.

You can call any place with a pharmacy and ask the pharmacist. 
I would also check with doctor about the anti nausea medicine. My doctor wouldn't give me any zofran when I was puking and nauseous in the third trimester because she said it wasn't as safe outside the first trimester which I had never heard of...but it doesn't hurt to mention.
