Delivery and hsv2

Is there anyone here that is opting for a c section because of hsv2 or has anyone gone through with it before ? I know there is medicine I can take to prevent it from spreading to my baby through vaginal delivery but I’m still nervous about it because I believe there still is a risk , medicine or no medicine but I also know there a more complications that can come with a c section
