So we have a rottweiler cross ridgeback and before bubs was born I was kinda worried he would accidently hurt her. He's an excitable boy and very protective of me and my partner. He is absolutely in love with my daughter! If he hears her crying he will whine at me to let me know (even though I can clearly hear her lol) when we go for walks with bubs in the pram if she makes a noise he has to see if she's ok and he's really gentle.

Point of this is although children should always be watched with ANY breed of dog...ANY dog can be their best friend.
