First trimester ultrasound!!

I am measuring a week ahead of what my gestation age is. Anyone else have this happen? I am certain of my last date of period. I had this done Thursday and was measuring 8 weeks 6 days! Has anyone else ever "caught up" if this has happened to you or did you stay measuring a week or so ahead from what you thought? Also heart rate 172!! 😍😍 I am in love with this little nugget.
