Any second time moms have any tips on potty training? My oldest will be 2 in June. Baby girls comes late April early May. I want to start potty training now to save on diapers. My nephew we potty trained in 3 days but it was summer time and let him run around naked and let him pee in the backyard with the exception going poop had to be done in the toilet. Literally 3 days worked like a charm. But it's now winter and too cold to let my son do so. So I'm looking for the best tips.
