I’m so confused. Am I ovulating and/or pregnant?!

I had a surge CD 10/11, and I just took another opk today, CD22, and it’s surging again?

Out of curiosity, I also tested my HCG and if it’s faint, is that still positive?

Should we BD again right now?!

Both taken from same urine sample at 6pm.
