Each airline and pregnancy is different. 
If you’re content delivering onboard at 38000ft with cabin crew who only have basic first aid skills and very limited equipment to assist you and your baby, and  knowing it’s a minimum of 20-30 minutes to divert the aircraft to the ground IF you’re near an airport and if the captain decides it’s appropriate, then sure.

I wouldn’t see why not but not long tell baby would be due so I’d also consult in your doctor to be sure. My sister was 7 months along I believe and couldn’t go on vacation with us doctor said no.
