So this morning I got a VVVFL positive test. For the past 3 days I have been having slight achy pains on my left side where I had an ectopic pregnancy back in October 2018 (they saved my tube). Could this be another ectopic or is the achy pain normal for early pregnancy?

FYI I have had achy pains off and on since my surgery in October and the pains would come and go all the time.

I am just paranoid that it is going to happen again!! :(
