FOOT TATTOO?? OPINIONS AND ADVICE💁🏽‍♀️

Question

I really wanna get a dragon tattoo on the top of my foot similar to the picture below. I was born in the year 2000 “the year of the dragon”🐉 I always loved the thought and now i’m starting to think serious about it. 
    I found a tattoo I really love but I’m so scared of the amount of pain I’m going to feel on my foot and how long the appointment would be😬 if anyone has any advice or has had  foot tattoo experience PLEASE HELP, ANY ADVICE😁💬

I have the whole top of my foot. Took probably like 2 hours. Definitely hurt lol it was quite swollen for a couple days too so get it when you can wear sandals for a few days while it’s healing. I got it about 6 or 7 years ago and it’s barely faded at all and I live where I can’t wear sandals at least 6 months of the years so there has been lots of wear on it. I love it and it was definitely worth the pain.

My foot tattoo was the first one I ever got, it was also the least painful one out of the nine I have. I sat 2 1/2 to 3 hours and kept giggling because it tickled 🙄 I have no fading or anything what so ever, I'm looking into tattooing the other one now 😁
This also is apparently the one picture I have of it, it's my brother's goalie mask and last name 🖤

I got the top of my right foot done last year. Worst pain of my life lol it was maybe 2 hours, but I couldn't focus on anything... and the swelling! I had a swollen foot for what seemed like forever, and could only wear my slip-on dress shoes. BUT that being said, it was definitely worth it! I love my foot tattoo :)

My dance teacher has a quote about dancing (i cant really remember, but when she stands in first position the quote reads straight from left to right foot ) and all she wears are flipflops. 
She had it for less than a year. Its completely faded now and it sorta looks like her feet are just dirty. Im not for it. 
My sister has a dragon on her foot. She loves it but i personally wouldnt. Seems way too painful

I also have the insides of my feet tattooed with words. It hurt, especially near my toes/around the bottom of my foot. But this entire piece took all of 30 minutes. If you go to the right place with the right people, they’ll do good work and only take as long as it takes. I think this cost me $80 and would have only been $50 but they up charged because the foot is dangerous (they’ve been kicked before). I have a high pain tolerance but it was by far one of my most painful. Only rivaled by my side, which took 2ish hours.

It should only take an hr/hr and a half? Feet will hurt, there’s no padding! Also make sure you find an artist to draw up your individual design and not copy anyone else’s.
