Help pink discharge 4w +2d

So since ovulation I have had mild cramps like AF was going to arrive any minute. I have also had pinching and pulling type sensations for last 4 days. I found out at 12dpo I was pregnant. Yesterday at 14dpo I had very light pink discharge once when wiping after using the toilet. It soon went back to white discharge. I still have mild cramps which I have had for 2 weeks. I had a miscarriage in December so I am petrified of losing this bean. My hpt are getting darker today being the darkest I have had. I'm going to the Drs tomorrow for beta and progesterone blood test. Anyone have any advice or reassurance?I have hardly slept all night xx
