My first time taking the next day pill 💊

Hello! On Friday I have sex without a condom and he ends right before he takes his pennies out! The next day he gave me some money to buy the pill. Around 10pm I took the pill! Besides the hangover before I took the next day pill I drank 2 Tylenol around 8pm... it this affects the effects? In the morning my head was hurting but it goes matter! My period it supposed to came in 4 days but today, when I go to pee I saw a little bit of light blood and that happens like 2 times but the third nothing.. is this normal? Help! Some advices and tips
