I have a friend that is a urologist and he says that ideally he recommends non pregnant women to drink 3 liters of water a day and when you’re pregnant you should drink even more than that.

I drink 90-120oz a day even before I was pregnant your realistically supposed to drink half your body weight in oz per day!

Everytime I drink too much water my blood pressure goes down. That's my experience, it could be different for other people.

No but have you been tested for gd? I do know that excessive thirst is a sign of it and a lot of other things, it would be a good idea to bring it up at your next appointment
