Anyone else's gut reaction to the "I just peed on a stick" huge announcements "woah girl, see if it sticks first" ?

I totally see where you’re coming from, but after my miscarriage I ended up feeling the opposite way! Like just celebrate that you’re pregnant now, and try not to think about what’s to come!

I know where you’re coming from. I don’t judge those that announce right away (it’s their choice 🤷🏻‍♀️) but after you’ve had a miscarriage that naive excitement is just over.. forever.

I don’t see a problem announcing early on this app. Just sharing excitement with strangers/fellow girls going through the same. I wouldn’t announce to family/friends/social media yet but I don’t know any of you so whatever

There’s a girl who is pregnant and she’s been posting about it and she hasn’t even gone to the doctors yet. 
I hope, pray, etc every single day that her baby sticks (which I do for everyone but her a little more) because I was so naive and I told everyone and everything. And I regretted it so bad afterwards. 
I even had an older family member suggest to another, that I was lying about it because it “didn’t sound right to her” 
And I do not wish that on my worse enemy
