Anger and moody for no reason

So as im getting ready i have a range if anger and i want to cry so loud and hit someone hard like an adrenaline.., idk whats wrong with me ... maybe cuz im stressed out to have a baby ... and strssed over money idk if thats the reason xx like i want to cry and like a little kid when they get angry!!! Is somethimg bad wromg with me
