Divorce

Just a quick background of the story is that my husband works starting at 4am Monday-Friday and I only go to school full time and the rest of the time I stay at home with our 3 month old who is formula fed btw. We live in Pennsylvania and are on the verge of divorce. There was no affairs or anything like that, but he’s fighting me on the divorce and says he’s going to use my mental health, (depression, anxiety) against me if I take this to court. Will they really give him full custody? I really want 50/50 but I want my baby to live with me. I love my baby boy and in no way does my mental health affect how I care for him.
