Is this thing normal?

So my period was ab 2 weeks late, which i was starting to get worried bc I am sexually active, all w condoms & I’m on birth control but I know thing sometimes happen. So I was freaking out then my period started this morning but then this thing came out. It looks like a clot but then doesn’t either. It almost has like a sac-like texture not the regular mucosal texture. Is this normal?
