How do I handle this?

My bf and I have been dating for a year now and in the past he had raped me two different times. Once when I was sober and once when I was drunk (he wasn’t drinking). Last night I was in my normal night clothes(underwear and a T-shirt) and I’m sleeping and I feel him taking his shorts off and trying to move my underwear so he can put his dick in me. I didn’t know what to do and I’m embarrassed because I didn’t react. I was just stunned. Well he didnt put it inside of me because I rolled over but how do I talk to him and tell him it bothers me and makes me VERY uncomfortable?

I had a guy I was dating do this to me once. I had to sit him down and explain to him that he raped me. He thought it was ok to do that because we were dating. He ended up being a total dick who didn't respect me, but my main point is he might not understand that its wrong or why its wrong. Tell him he raped you. Use the word rape.
