Hey guys. Sad post here today and the topic is *trigger warning* miscarriages. I think I had my first miscarriage yesterday. I was expecting my period to start any day. I usually have some mild cramps and low back pain. Yesterday morning I started having a flow and didn’t think anything of it. By mid day I was having such severe cramps I was crying and about to go to an ER. I took extra strength Tylenol and got a heat pad and that helped but they were awful. I’m thinking this is a miscarriage to be so painful and for the blood to have been as bright and fresh as it was. What do you guys think! Also uplifting messages would be helpful right now too.
