My mom got my dog way before she had me and I’m 16 so I’m guessing he’s at least 20 years old.

He doesn’t really have teeth anymore and always have to soak his dog food in water so it won’t be hard to eat —

He can’t get groomed anymore because he starts to cry in pain I’m guessing ( been going there for years no problem )

And now he just started peeing in the house which he never did before; he would always bark at us if he had to use the bathroom. He had peed in front of me twice.

And it’s hard for him to jump on the couch or bed, ( lays down all day not active )

My question is do you think we should put him down ? Idk what else we can’t do have anyone else been through this

( and I’m convinced he can’t hear bc I’ll call him name and he won’t look at me and if someone come to the door it won’t react to it )
