Sorry about the long post in advance.....

I have had a rough history with pregnancies.

In 2014 I got pregnant with my first child, and lost him at 20 weeks.

Shortly after got pregnant and with many complications delivered a healthy baby.

2016 got pregnant and lost the baby at 12 weeks. (D&c shortly after)

I found out I was pregnant on January and am now having an early miscarriage. (6 weeks)

My question is will I have to have a d&c or will my body pass everything naturally?
