Dairy intolerance. They’ll tell you to lay off the dairy. My son grew out of it.

I would discuss with his pediatrician. That happened to my son and he had a milk protein allergy. He also was super fussy and gassy as well. I had to go non-diary until he outgrew the issues around 11 months old.

My son had this a few times and his doc said its most likely a small anal tear. Babies poop so much its very common for them to get tiny tears that bleed a little bit occasionally. That being said if it is happening a lot or if you're worried you should still schedule a checkup

It may be a dairy allergy as other commenters have said (my daughter has cows milk protein allergy and we found out by her having blood in her stool) but I would still have your child seen by a doctor to be certain. Could also be something as simple as an anal fissure.
