FAT STOMACH
Hey guys I’m seeking advice about having a bloated or just fat stomach, my thighs, like in between the top of my thighs are also fat. Point is I was wondering if there’s anyway I can reduce the fat, working out doesn’t really suit me and I’m 17 so I still live with my parents and find it hard to get enough money to buy healthy food all the time, I’ve heard apple cider vinegar would be an option, how does it work to reduce fat if anyone knows?
