About 2 weeks ago I adopted a stray cat that was pregnant and was slowly introducing her to my other cat and was making good progress. She had her kittens a few days ago and now attacks our other cat. She has an "acclamation" room with food, water, litter and her kittens. She spends all of her time in there since she started attacking.

Will this stop when her babies get older? How long? I feel so bad keeping her in a room. Her and my other cat were never best friends but they got to a place that we could let them around each other all day without a problem.

I do plan to spay her when the kittens are weaned, there are plenty of cats in the world.
