when to take femara?

doctor prescribed to take 7.5 mg femara, 3x 2,5 mg pills. it's better to take 3 pills together or one pill 3 times inw a day??

Take it together I started my second round last month which is 5mg and the pills were 2.5mg each and I took mine together.  I would say take them at night cuz u might get nauseous I know I did.
