Good Weight or Bad?
January-March of 2018, I gained a lot of weight. I was 150 lbs, which is a lot considering most of my teenage life I was around 100 lbs. it hit me really hard and eventually I sunk into a depression and stopped eating. I ended up losing 20 lbs in just a week and a half, and by the time summer was over, I was barely 115 lbs.
Eventually I was put into the hospital, where I was monitored for about a week before being sent home. From there, I slowly started eating again, and now I’m around 150 again, but not like I was the first time.
I’m still insecure about my body, but I’d love some feedback... do you guys think this was a good weight gain? Or would it be healthy to lose some?
