mood swings affecting relationship

is anyone else having a really hard time with insane mood swings? i’ve been on a constant roller coaster of extreme highs and lows, and it’s affecting my relationship. my boyfriend is the sweetest man in the world, and works his ass off for our family, and I am not blind to that. but for some reason, the smallest things will make me doubt our relationship and him & then i take it out on him. i’ll look back at arguments that we have had & i don’t even recognize myself. if anyone else is having similar struggles, how are you coping?
