How long did it take you to lost the pregnancy weight?

I gained 40 lbs with my pregnancy and I'm 10 days post partum now and have lost 24 lbs... Just curious how long it took all of you ladies to lose the baby weight. I'm a ftm, so don't really know what to expect

I dropped the first 25 (of 50) within 2 weeks. The other 25 hasn’t ever come off. I’m pregnant again and have lost 15 due to HG. After this one is born, I plan to get back to my old self-or as close as I can.

I gained about 35 pounds, and 1 year pp still hanging on to about 5-8pounds. I’ve been hanging on to these last few pounds probably since 6 months pp. I’m hoping after I’m done breastfeeding the rest will go. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Gained 31 with first and lost all but ten pounds. Couldn’t get it off. Now I’m pregnant and gained 10 so far so I’m praying I won’t gain a lot more. I breastfed for 15 months and it did t help weightloss for me!

I gained 45 pounds and have only lost about 20 lbs and it’s been 16 months! I wasn’t able to breastfeed, so I didn’t have that extra help. I’m also pregnant again, so I’m trying to be more careful about my eating this time.

I only gained about 15lbs after I lost 13 in my first trimester. I was down 25lbs in the first month pp. and I’ve kept most of it off until this pregnancy.

I feel bad answering this because I am am no way bragging. Just a point that everyones body is different so it can go either way for you. I gained 35 lbs... and I guess because of good genes I was back to pre-pregnancy weight in 3-4 weeks

I gained 60 pds with my first. I breastfed so I felt like it fell off faster (6 months-9months) my second I gained 25 pds unable to breastfeed & lost only 15 pds. I think it all just depends on how active you are & what you consume daily if your breast feeding or not ♥️

A good rule is if it took you 9+ months to put it on, it’ll take you at least 9+ months to lose it. I gained 40+ lbs with my pregnancies and was back down to my pp weight after about a year. Took about 1.5 years with my second son.
