I’ve spent the last 6 years hiding the fact that my older brother sexually assaulted me when 8 until 13. I’ve finally let go of that, but I realised that he was always the one who called me fat, the one who found my mental illness funny, the one who would be homophobic. When I told my parents this week, they didn’t believe me because he is their “golden child.” I’m so glad this has come out. I’m so glad that I can finally move on and focus on getting the help I need ❤️

Ladies if someone has hurt you, no matter how close they are to you, you need to get that out. I know it’s hard. I know it will hurt but in the long run, you will feel free of the burden of your situation. I love you all and I respect every woman on here. Just please don’t let people hurt you because you feel like you deserve it ❤️
