Yes! I go a few days with nothing...then one day filled of pooping all day and it hurts!

TMI, but my poop has been hard as rocks lately. I’ve tried staying hydrated and taking stool softeners but it’s still so miserable.

I have been drinking kevita probiotic drinks when I start to feel backed up. They always seem to help me

I’m always backed up, for me it’s not just pregnancy. I try to drink a lot of fiber drinks. I usually do one or two depends on the last time I went. I used to take this preworkout and thermogenic that worked GREAT for me, but I haven’t since I’ve been pregnant and i cant wait to take em again 😩

33 weeks, yes. 34.5 to now 36, no. Suddenly my body has gotten into regulating mode and i go 1-3 times a day. Neither extreme is very fun.

Nah, but I've noticed I'm starting to have issues. Luckily fiber helps and due to GD I should eat a lot of those. And it seems to help - at least for now! 🤞🏻
