Help! It’s Time for a new Car seat!

Hi! My son is now 8 months old, 21lbs, 31” long so he’s too long to fit comfortably inside of his Graco Snugride 30 infant car seat. It came with a stroller so I’m not sure if I should get an entire new car seat and stroller or just a car seat and use the stroller that we have😳 Any suggestions?
