Alright ladies I need some help. I had my baby over a year ago and I still can’t seem to lose the rest of my baby weight.. I don’t like how my body looks. I need so advice and tips on what the best things to do, in order to lose my “Love handles” and my belly. I’m also trying to slim down my thighs and lift up my butt some.
Any advice would be so helpful!
