7w3d spotting...help!!!

Last night I went to the bathroom and saw light pink spotting on the toilet paper when I wiped. I had been cramping a little off and on all day. I went to the ER. They did an ultrasound and checked hcg levels, and both looked fine. But I’m still panicked. Anyone else go through this?
