Hello ladies please help, any advices and suggestions are more than welcome. I'm a time nursing student, on my first year, I worked at mcdonalds for 1 year, then got my CNA license and got a job at a assisted living, the job overall was good, I got experience, but the pay and work was aweful, some of the people I worked with didn't help me with heavy patients and I literaly broke my back. I'm just 21 years old, I was 19 by then. I quit from there and got a job at an insurance company, I worked overnights but they changed the schedule from 9am -5pm and I wasn't able to keep on going because of my morning classes. I had not more choice than going back to mcdonalds, I was there for another 10 months. I went on vacation for a month and got back ans I'm now looking for jobs, have a month looking for jobs, got interviews, on phone and personal, and never got a call back. I'm not desperate but I need to do something else other than studying, full time job ans school are not hard for me since I have good time management. I don't really have any expenses since my car broke down 3 months ago and I'm waiting to get a job to get me a new one. But I'm honestly getting bored in the house, I have the skills to get any kind of job better than mcdonalds but for some reason I don't get a call back. I've applied to so many places as front desk, customer service and other, I would really love to work at a day care but where I leave is very hard to find a day care job, most of them are full. Any suggestion where to apply? How to get a job? How to get a call back after the interview? Please, be free to talk about it. Thank you! ❤️
