I’m late 2 days I had PCOS

I took a pregnancy test at 9DPO but it was negative I was spotting only when I wipe up after peeing (implantation bleeding)?

days ago I feel nausea and I try to sleep because I’m so bad at vomiting 😅 i just eat a mandarín 🍊 and keep sleeping 😴 my husband got home and he wanted to eat so he left and then I feel nauseous again and Then I started to vomiting 🤮 after I took a shower and I feel better I noticed some back pain but nothing else I read some posts I know every one is different

I don’t know if to test today or wait more days
