On the right I am 7 weeks pregnant and on the left I am 2 months postpartum. I haven't started working out but does anybody have any suggestions on helping my skin return to normal?

Once the skin is stretched it won’t, you can do abs exercise to help but loose skin is loose skin your stomach looks normal for someone who has had a baby.

I used a Jojoba and cocoa butter based cream and moisturised a lot after my son. It did help but it does take time for your body to adjust back.
