Please help! I came off bcp in September and my cycles were very irregular so I was told to try vitex. I was taking vitex for about three months and my cycles were 37 days apart and I was ovulating! I wanted to see if my cycles would be regular after taking vitex for a little bit and wanted to try to conceive naturally, so I stopped taking it at the end of December. Now I am on cycle day 48 and never got a positive opk this cycle 😭 so I am debating whether to start taking vitex again! What do you think? Please comment if you’ve had success conceiving with vitex!
