I saw my ob today and he agreed we could do a c section. I am opting for this because i carry the genital herpes virus and I’ve had one small outbreak at 3-4 months pregnant (7 1/2 now) and I personally feel more at ease doing this because it eliminates all risks. I’m kind of nervous as this was a big decision I’ve been thinking about for weeks. I wasn’t sure if my ob would do it but he was all for it as he understands my concerns.

What am I looking forward to?

I’ll get all the info in two weeks once they book me for pre-admission and such but I feel like I wanted to reach out and get some insight from other section mommies.
