cramps

when will these cramps go away 😭😭 currently 4 weeks and 2 days and i’m getting intermittent cramps throughout the day it just scares me . my mom keeps saying my uterus is making room for the baby and that this is a sign the baby implants correctly . but i’m just scared no blood though
