Anyone ever been induced on a Friday and stay at the hospital over the weekend? Debating this as it will ensure i have the OB i want instead of her partner, but i wonder if weekend staffing is adequate as far as lactation consultants, timely discharges, etc. I work at a different, much bigger hospital and know that weekends don’t really affect anything there, but at my smaller hospital, I’m not sure how that will go.

Just looking for insight from anyone who’s delivered at a smaller hospital over the weekend? :)
