My girl has Keratosis pilaris, mostly on her upper arms and cheeks. I've noticed Aquaphor has helped a bit but she HATES when I put it on her cheeks, I can usually do it fast and divert her attention before she realized what happened tho. I also have it but only on my upper arms and not as much, I exfoliate so I believe that helps dramatically.

Her pediatrician said about the same thing my dermatologist said, it's not doing harm. With her skin still being so young I'm not sure if it's safe to lightly exfoliate to remove dead skin? Anyone have any luck with KP?
