AF is due today. I spotted a few days ago. It got a little heavier so I put in my menstrual cup thinking that it was starting once again. Yesterday nothing had actually come out so I took the cup out. Spotting stopped. Pretty sure I didn’t get pregnant this round and have probably just stressed out so much that now my cycle is totally off. If it doesn’t show by Wednesday I’ll probably test. But I tested on Friday and it was negative. This is so frustrating.
