Anyone else waiting to announce?

We're waiting to announce until 12 weeksish.
It's so tempting to announce earlier, but we wanna wait.

I announced all my other kids immediately, but after the second one I started hearing negative comments and no one even seemed to care that I was pregnant again. So with this one (#5) I'm not even going to announce it or tell anyone. They'll figure it out when I get huge or when they see the new baby.

Waiting to tell close family until after 8 weeks. But for everyone else around 12 weeks or so.

I’m honestly not sure when we’re going to tell our families. I’ve told some friends, but just a few. I was so open with the last baby that this one I kind of just want to keep to myself for a while. I might announce on baby #1’s birthday in April with a big brother T-shirt or something.

Thanks to this...(Before I was a size 00)... We had to announce before we originally planned. 10 weeks with #2! We wont announce on social media until after the 20 week anatomy scan.

We are waiting. I told my husband we was going to tell the family on his birthday I will be 16 weeks. But now I am think about us telling our family the week after Valentine Day I will be 13 weeks so I will be in my 2nd trimester.

We’ll tell family and best friends at 12 weeks, then everyone else either on our 4 year anniversary at 15 weeks or on Easter at 20 weeks.

We told a couple close friends at 6 weeks. My in-laws at 8 weeks because they were visiting. Just had a second ultrasound and everything looked good (10 weeks) so we'll probably tell the rest of our family and close friends (and work) soon.
We get a genetic ultrasound at 13-14 weeks since its twins. Once we have the news from that, we'll probably announce on social media.

We are announcing once I’m in my second trimester. Last pregnancy it was a very shared one, both of my sisters and my sister in law were pregnant at the same time. Which kinda ruined the experience for me... This time we are keeping it to ourselves for a while to enjoy the excitement for us.

Waiting to tell family and friends after first ultrasound and that’s not scheduled until I’m 11 weeks. Not planning on announcing on Facebook or anything because I haven’t updated a status since 2017 🤣😂
I did tell my two sisters right away because I wanted their support if I had a miscarriage again.
