Taking two tests in a day this early is just wasting tests. It takes longer than a day for your HCG to rise and you may not even be pregnant yet at just 7dpo. I know you're excited and anxious but if you would just wait for your period due date at least to test you will have much better accuracy. If you're pregnant, by the time you actually miss your period you should have an obvious positive with no need to take multiple tests from having negatives or not being able to tell if you really see a line or not.
