Can I Cheat On The Keto Diet?

So I’ve been doing keto for a little bit now and following it pretty diligently. I highly recommend this lifestyle change! It’s gotten great results.

Anyway, I’m going out to see a few girlfriends today for lunch, and I was wondering if I could just have a regular old meal like anyone else?

I know it would kick me temporarily out of ketosis, but with getting back on track immediately I’m not sure if there’s an issue with it?
